This vessel was originally Netherlands flagged with an unknown owner. Flag transferred to Cyprus in August 1989 alongside Cyprus ownership. After a 6-year period of Antigua and Barbuda flagging, from 1995-2001, this vessel gained Cambodia flag and Ice Reefers Group LLC ownership. This vessel was included in the NEAFC IUU list due to evidence of transhipping in the NEAFC Regulatory Area provided by Norway. This vessel was later delisted on 10 July 2009. After several ownership transfers, Ice Reefers Group Ltd to Nord Shipping to Interrybflot Service, this vessel held Sandwall Holdings Ltd ownership, St Kitts & Nevis flag and the name AQUAMARINE-II from 2008 to 2014. Credentials for this vessel are unclear between 2013 and 2018. Sources indicate this vessel held Cameroon and Comoros flags for unclear time periods and used the name DUBREKA. Video evidence shows this vessel engaging in transhipment activities within the Sierra Leone EEZ whilst holding a Sierra Leone fishing authorisaton. This vessel has held Dominica flag since 2020 and is owned by Sonit Sarl based in Guinea.
