The vessel was owned by 2 companies, Spanish Grupo Segade and UK Ayr Shipping, between the period of 1995 and 2004, whilst maintaining a UK flag. This vessel transferred to a Panama flag, ownership to Lamarck Enterprises S A and renamed to GRAN SOL in October 2004. This vessel was included in the NEAFC IUU list on 20 December 2004. The vessel’s Panama flag was transferred to a Sierra Leone flag in August 2007, this occurred alongside an ownership transfer to Trianon Business SA.
