COMBINED IUU VESSEL LIST

This vessel has undergone numerous ownership changes between South Korean companies as well as 15 name changes since its existence in 1973. Originally flagged to Panama and owned/operated by Golden Lake Co Ltd, this vessel held numerous names including NO. 101 GLORIA. Records of IOTC licenses suggest this vessel operated within the IOTC Convention Area between August 1999 and April 2005 under the South Korea flag, owner Se Jeong Mool San Co Ltd and named SE JEONG NO. 101. This vessel was included in the ICCAT IUU List under the name NO.101 GLORIA on 26 November 2006 due to evidence of operating in the Mediterranean during the closed season. Records show this vessel was authorised to fish in the IOTC Area until March 2015 and utilised the names CONSTELLATION, NORTA, MIG, GOLDEN BLUE and EBIS as well as a Panama (2005-2014) and Cambodia (2014-2016) flag during this time. This vessel held a Togo flag for the last quarter of 2016 and transferred to Tanzania after vessel ownership transferred to Intera Company SA. IATTC authorised this vessel to operate between March 2017 and October 2020 under the names FIT (Tanzania flag) and ZHI MING (Mongolia flag). While docked at Weihai port, China in March 2019, this vessel was detained in relation to inconsistent certificates and again in April 2019. Later in 2019, ICCAT relisted this vessel to the ICCAT IUU List.
